A day

A lawyer studies, explains and apply laws to specific problems. They advise their clients of their legal rights and suggest a course of action and they will represent their clients in court and present evidence to support their case. Most cases involve a crime. There are also many lawyers who rarely go to court, because the handle cases that do not require going to trial. These lawyers are called civil lawyers. They prepare contracts, business deals and wills. Lawyers practice for a while in most cases before entering into politics. Lawyers also interview clients and witnesses to understand the facts of cases, study regulations and court decisions, examine legal data, advise clients for their legal rights, confer with other lawyers, etc.
