Interior designers are professionally trained for the interior functionality, design and decoration of a client’s space, whether the space is residential, commercial or industrial. They work closely with architects and clients to determine the needs of the occupants, the structure of a space, and the style that will best suits both. Because of the experience and examination, which the designers have gained through their education, they can identify, research and creatively resolve issues and lead to safe, healthy and comfortable physical environment. Interior designers have to know more than furniture, fabric and color. They must know the materials, communicate well, have budgeting skills, oversee the ordering, know the construction, capacity and safety and the installation and maintenance of all objects that define a space.
